Our sauces and marinades were first developed at Bill’s own butcher shop in New England over 20 years ago, and have been in continuous production ever since.

First served and enjoyed on the finest hand trimmed meats, poultry and fish at his own family barbeques. Used by family, friends and customers in our own butcher shop in Massachusetts, we believe in the quality and uniqueness of the product.

Inspired by Bill’s desire for quality and excellence, we are happy to bring Butcher Bill’s Marinades and Sauces to a larger audience. Today our sauces are handmade, in small batches, in the great state of Massachusetts.
